$140 - $200 per session with some sliding scale options. As of January 2024, my sliding scale slots are full.
I am not currently taking insurance but will begin accepting OHP (Healthshare) beginning March 2024.
I offer virtual sessions and will offering in-person sessions March 2024 in North Portland.

Individuals (16 and older) and couples who live in Oregon who want to process grief, intimacy after trauma, and/or dissociation in the form of derealization or depersonalization. If you live in Washington, we can also work together if we have sessions in-person.

I use a combination of experiential and somatic interventions and work from a trauma-informed and intersectional feminist lens. I encourage you to surround yourself with comforting things during sessions (a favorite blanket, snacks, fidgets, etc) to aid in nervous system regulation

A non-exhaustive list: Anti-racism, liberation, mutual aid, and radical collective care. Gender affirming care, harm reduction, disability justice, and intersectionality. I am sex positive, sex worker friendly, kink and poly friendly.
